When she learned that she could grow dwarf fruit trees in her yard she jumped on the chance to have an orchard. She started with only 3 apple trees but her orchard soon expanded to include, peach, nectarine, paw-paw, apricot, fig, cherry, and more apple.
I was intrigued with the idea of having my own fruit trees after reading
Listen to hear how she started with what looked like little sticks, and then cleared the land for more trees; how she is protecting the trees from wild animals, the natural and permaculture methods she’s using for her trees, what she uses for fertilizer, how she’s learning about pruning, what you should check before buying fruit trees, and more!
