Sprouts are great and a way, when we really must maximize the nutritional content of every last bit of food we have, we can stretch our food supplies. But it is useless if no one will eat them. If you plan on using them during emergency situations, it is a good idea to start adding them to your recipes, and cooking sprout recipes, now, so sprouts aren’t a foreign and strange food to them later on.
