Last week we focused on homeschool and this week is focused on public and private school, but there are great tips that apply to any school! Julie Meyers-Pron is a certified teacher in Pennsylvania and has taught many subjects to grades K-5 through 8th. She is also a mother to three school age children. I enjoyed asking her about a mom’s perspective and then about a teacher’s perspective.
Dr. Eric Z is a soon-to-graduate doctor of chiropractic. He and his wife, Sabrina, believe in helping others live the abundant life. Their blog is a resource for container gardening tips, whole foods recipes and essential oil information.
In this podcast Julie shares how preparation is the key to a smooth start of a new school year and for better school mornings throughout the year. She shares tips for lunches, buying supplies and clothes, calmer mornings, dealing with allergies in the classroom, ways to help the school, and a how she is motivating her children to help others around them.
Check this out: Julie has a free printable Back To School Checklist on her blog.
