I’ve been cooking with whole wheat for over 20 years. I love the sweet nutty taste and I use it for almost everything. But biscuits? I’ve always struggled with getting whole wheat biscuits to have that soft and flaky texture. That is until this year when I decided to really experiment.
Now I’m proud to have a recipe my whole family loves! We gobble these up the minute they come out of the oven, and having no shortening or lard in them, I feel really good about us eating as many as we’d like.
