Since we’ve been gardening on our little city lot, we haven’t had a compost bin. Growing up, we composted everything. We had two large bins that we turned and rotated and it’s been killing me throwing out all these kitchen scraps that I know would make good compost. So, last week we ordered a nice wire compost bin (3-sectioned even!) and last night my husband set it up. We’re finally in business! Because it’s been over 10 years since I composted anything, I decided it was time to re-learn the art and all the different methods of composting. I asked friends if they had any articles on how to compost and here’s what they came up with!
