Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot seed oil
- 50–60 drops essential oils
- 20 drops vanilla oil
- 20 drops ylang ylang oil
- 10 drops cinnamon oil
- 10 drops pepper oil
Relaxing Massage Blend
- 20 drops rose oil
- 20 drops lavender oil
- 20 drops chamomile oil
Tension Erasing Blend
- 1/2 cup dried lavender
- 20 drops chamomile oil
- 10 drops peppermint oil (optional—this will give it a cooling sensation and an uplifting component)
Tools & Supplies
- Bowl
- Measuring cup
- Funnel
- Sanitized glass pump bottle
Instructions
- Add oils into your bowl.
- Using a funnel, pour mixture into a jar.
