Apple cider vinegar has anti-fungal properties, kills fungus, and relieves itching and peeling.

Tea tree is considered the best natural anti-fungal remedy.

Aloe vera is soothing and relieves itching and peeling.

Tips and Tricks: Some ways to prevent athlete’s foot include keeping your feet dry, change your socks regularly, using an anti-fungal treatment (such as our tea tree treatment), wash your feet often, wear shoes or sandals in public places, avoid sharing towels and shoes.

How to Use: For the best and quickest results, use the soak recipe and follow with the tea tree treatment. Repeat both daily until the infected area subsides.

Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar Soak:

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sea salt

Tea Tree Treatment

  • 1 tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 5–6 drops tea tree oil

Tools & Supplies

  • Foot bath or large bowl for soaking
  • Measuring cups and spoon

Instructions

  1. For the soak, place ingredients into a foot bath or large bowl and soak for 10-20 minutes. Thoroughly dry feet when finished.
  2. For the tea tree treatment, combine aloe with tea tree and rub on the infected area.
