Homemade Tropical Body Lotion Recipe
- Total Time: 20 mintues
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond oil
- 1/3 cup aloe vera
- 1 tbsp beeswax
- 1 tbsp mango butter
- 20 drops vanilla oil
- 20 drops orange oil
- 10 drops grapefruit oil
- 10 drops lime oil
Tools & Supplies
- Double boiler (or pot and metal bowl)
- Measuring cups and spoon
- Spatula
- Whisk
- Sanitized glass jar
Instructions
- Use a double boiler or create one by filling a pot with water and placing the metal bowl over the pot.
- Add mango butter and beeswax and melt over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a jar and set aside to cool.
