Description
Detox and hydrate with this lovely combo of clay and coconut milk.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups clay
- 2 cups coconut milk powder
- 2 cups baking soda
- 20 drops vanilla, coconut, or lavender
Tools & Supplies
- Glass/ceramic bowl
- Measuring Cup
- Wooden spoon
- Large glass jar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
- Scoop into glass jar.
- Shake or stir before using.
Notes
NOTE: If you’re using bentonite clay, avoid using any metal. Bentonite loses some of its effectiveness when it comes into contact with metal. It’s best to stick with wooden utensils and ceramic or glass bowls.
How to Use: Pour 1 cup into hot bath water and soak for a minimum of 20 min.
