- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup epsom salt
- 1 cup Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 10 drops peppermint essential oil
- Enough hot water to fill a foot bath/bin
Tools & Supplies
- Measuring cup
- Wooden Spoon
- Foot bath or large bowl that fits feet
- Towel for overflow and drying
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to water that is hot enough to dissolve them, but cool enough for your skin to tolerate
