This homemade fabric freshener spray offers a great way to freshen up your furniture without the harmful chemicals found in a commercial spray.
Shelf Life: 1 year
Benefits: The essential oils leave a nice scent, while the vodka kills odor causing bacteria. Unlike our room spray, which combines vodka with water, this recipe uses only vodka as the base to avoid adding moisture into your furniture.
The vodka will evaporate leaving behind the scent of the essential oils.
Tips and Tricks: Avoid using colored essential oils (ex. grapefruit) on white or very light furniture. It’s not likely to leave a mark, but to be safe it’s best to avoid using them.
This spray also works great to freshen your mattress. Spray liberally and allow to dry before putting on sheets.
