- Activated Charcoal (powder or capsules)
Tools & Supplies
- Dampen toothbrush and dip into jar of activated charcoal, or open capsule onto toothbrush.
- Brush your teeth with activated charcoal and then leave on teeth for several minutes. Rinse mouth and toothbrush thoroughly.
This is a fine powder and will scatter easily, so be careful when using it to avoid making a mess!
