Until about a year ago, when I started using essential oils, I’d never heard of fractionated coconut oil. It was recommended to me as a carrier oil and once I tried it, I fell in love. Unlike many of the oils in your kitchen cupboard, coconut oil absorbs completely and doesn’t stain. This makes it a great oil for all kinds of skin care and beauty products!
But isn’t coconut oil hard?
Not fractionated coconut oil! This stuff remains a liquid because the elements that made coconut oil a solid have been removed. You can read all about the technical stuff here. It’s really awesome, I promise. Since gopure Naturals gave me a bottle to review I thought it was a great time to tell you a little about fractionated coconut oil and why I love it!
- great carrier oil for essential oils
- wonderful to use as a massage oil
- excellent makeup remover
- can be used for oil pulling
- and lots more!
- absorbs quickly
- colorless & odorless
- doesn’t clog pores
- mixes well with other oils
Where to buy fractionated coconut oil
One of the brands I love is gopure Naturals. Their oil is available on their site, or on Amazon.com so you can shop wherever you please! I encourage you to go like gopure Naturals on Facebook too. They have several great products I know you’ll want to try! Their fractionated coconut oil is high quality and pure. I compared it to my very expensive fractionated coconut oil from my essential oil company and to another brand I’ve purchased on Amazon and I love it just the same!
Thank you, gopure Naturals, for sending me a bottle of your fantastic oil to review. I use so much of this stuff that I was really excited to add another bottle to my collection! All opinions are mine.
